Refund and Returns Policy

At Enhanced BioLabs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by us
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
